The issues have now been resolved. We had an issue with one of our spam filtering servers not accepting incoming email but the situation has now been resolved. We are evaluating our next steps to prevent this from happening again. We will post a blog post on this matter in due course.

It appears the issues with emails today are isolated to customers using email filtered through MX1, we are still investigating the issues. Customers using our SpamBlock service appear to be unaffected. We will keep you updated.

We are currently experiencing issues with incoming emails. We are looking into this as a priority and will give an update once we know more.

We’re pleased to announce that the upgrades to our Windows hosting infrastructure are complete. No websites, databases, or emails went down during this process. The Windows Control Panel has now been upgraded and has a new look. We will be updating our Knowledge Base Articles as a priority.

We are currently in the process of updating our Windows hosting infrastructure. This will not affect email services or websites from loading, but the Windows Control Panel will be unavailable.

The issue with the Client Management Portal mentioned below has now been resolved (ahead of time, too!). Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We’re currently installing vital security updates for our Client Management Portal which is taking a little longer than expected, and this has resulted in the Client Management Portal being inaccessible.
Please keep an eye on this page for more updates. We estimate this will be resolved by around 20:30 at the latest.
No hosting services are affected by this.
Update: 5th January 2017
We have identified and resolved an issue with our billing system where the Client Management Portal wasn’t able to accept new Credit/Debit cards. We have also identified a directly related issue whereby customers were unable to pay their invoices manually.
Recurring service invoices were not affected by this.

As mentioned previously, we’ve been upgrading a lot of our infrastructure. We’ve installed updates for our Client Management Portal and the upgrades all went successfully without a hitch.

This website is hosted outside of our own infrastructure so in the unlikely event that we encounter problems, this page will remain available.
